1.自主入住，但取到的房卡無法坐電梯，且無法開房門，後來聯繫酒店方，説是房間弄錯，房卡與實際安排的房間不對應，耽誤了至少20分鐘； 2.前一個住客的垃圾未扔，放在水池下的櫃子裡，可能是打掃衞生的人員未注意到.

挺不錯的酒店，居然還讓我訂到了4人間，房間和圖片上差不多的，本來想訂兩間，結果預訂的時候衹剩下一間了，所以訂了一個4人間一個大床間。房間的設施和照片跟網上的是一樣的，而且裝修也比較新，電源插頭特別人性化，有適合各種接口的插頭，特別友好。房間雖小五臟俱全，洗衣機，電灶還有冰箱，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，都是宜家的，很新。雖然都沒有用，但是感覺還真的挺貼心的。酒店的位置也很好，走路就可以去國立大學，入住了之後就去國立大學遊玩了一圈，還在大學城吃了午飯，周圍也很便利，有7-11便利店也有東方小超市。有一家印度小餐廳生意很好，奶茶和餅都很香，早晚客人都不少。門口公交車也很發達，我們51雙層公交車去克拉碼頭吃晚飯，一站直達很方便。下次有機會還來住，就是價格能再便宜點就好。

酒店靠近NUS，半自助式服務，由於我們入住時間是週五晚上18點以後了，所以沒有服務員，房卡在酒店密碼箱裡，但是可以跟訂房網站客服聯繫，要到存放門卡的密碼。訂房網站客服服務很好。房間裡洗衣機（帶烘乾功能），冰箱，微波爐，電磁爐，油煙機都很乾凈，碗碟都用的是宜家的，入住感覺整體很舒服。如果住得時間久，房間是一週打掃一次，這點跟普通酒店不一樣。

The room was on level 1 which is ground floor. It was a nicely setup room. Although, I’ve never slept in a hotel room with a full size, always lit EXIT sign which some people would struggle to sleep with. Anyone someone flushed the toilet or took a shower you could hear the water running as the waste pipe was in the vent in the ceiling. Vending machine outside was useful, $1.30SGD for a drink.

室內有點像雙人學生宿舍，有廚房但設計的不太合理，床佔了太大的位子，廁所特別小老是會撞到。櫥櫃櫃子雖大但太高而且缺少隔層不好放東西。有洗衣機但好像沒有洗衣液。洗澡熱水在進門的地方有個單獨的按鈕，入住説明裡沒有説明，住進來第一天我隨手關了結果當天洗澡就沒熱水。前台服務員挺友好的。入口要先樓梯上樓，然後才有電梯，行李多的要小心。酒店位置比較近NUS，如果不是在附近辦事的話不太推薦住這裡。

Room was decent, has kitchen and everything that is needed as if it’s an apartment. few grievances were that no tissues were provided, the king bed was actually 2 singles hidden under a big mattress cover, and the table area was a small coffee table unlike the listed picture. kitchen and toilet sink are one, and the aircon had some bad condensation against the wall due to placement. i also suggest for people to check out on time as housekeeping is pretty punctual. otherwise, still a passable and decent stay.

Cleanliness - 4/5 - The room was very clean. However, when we entered there was a pool of water on the floor since the freezer in the fridge had defrosted as the power had been off. Location - 5/5 - We were looking for a hotel within walking distance of NUS and this suited our needs. Service - 2/5 - Check in was straightforward. Not sure which category to classify this but there was a power outage during our stay which made things quite inconvenient and there was no communication from the staff about it. The emergency light was on in our room most of the night which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Amenities - 5/5 - The provided a lot of amenities, like cooking facilities, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a shaving kit. It was very good.

There were some bugs on the towels provided. Facilities only have a small airconditioned lobby with two chairs. Behind the lobby is an empty dark room that could be used for additonal sitting. Room however is well equipped with 4 warddrobes, washer and dryer, and 2 toilets.

超乎預期的美好住宿體驗。Check in 採用自助方式取用房卡，房間乾淨整齊，小家電一應俱全，浴室水溫及水壓都很優秀。晚上睡眠沒有太明顯的噪音干擾，住客及隔音都在一定水準以上。隔天一早退房後，櫃檯貼心提供行李寄放服務，讓我能輕鬆外出用餐～工作人員親切有禮，非常推薦給喜歡鬧中取靜，地理位置優秀的旅人。
